Chen Nadler

Biography

Chen Nadler is a choreographer and dancer based in Helsinki whose work integrates dance and community through cross-disciplinary approaches. Rooted in her transcultural background, she explores the body’s possibilities—celebrating the knowledge it carries and evokes through individual and collective potential, engaging with emotional, energetic, ethical and political layers of encounter and shared experience. 

Working in Finland and internationally, she presents performances and video-art works, facilitates inclusive community projects and multidisciplinary Jams. In 2024–2025 she received grants from SKR, Culture Moves Europe, Helsinki City, and led a workshop at ImPulsTanz International Dance Festival. Chen has danced professionally in companies and as a freelancer, she holds a professional dance certificate (2013) and studied for a B.Ed. in Steiner and Social Education (2019–2022).
